Aparthotel services and facilities

At E1 Suites & Spa our focus is on providing 4-star facilities and comfort. We aren't a hotel, we don't have a reception desk or concierge or daily housekeeping (unless requested as an add-on).

Our suites are kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether that's a fleeting overnight visit or an extended stay.

TV & WiFi

TV (Two TVs in Junior, Deluxe and Exec Suites)

WiFi - private to each suite (login details are on the fridge)

In living and sleeping spaces

Towels & bedding

Bedding, towels and drying cloths are provided.

For guests staying for more than a week, we complete housekeeping with fresh laundry every 7 days. More frequent housekeeping is available on request for a fee. Ask the onsite team.

Quick guide to getting around...

Gibraltar is so easy to get around, whether you're exploring on foot or you're in need of some transport. We've put together some helpful links and numbers that will make your stay easier!

Taxi - To order a taxi, call (+350) 20070027. They are also available for Rock Tours, these need to be pre-booked, they are also available at Casemates Square throughout the day.

Buses - The bus system in Gibraltar is very easy to use, luckily, there is a bus stop right outside our building, on both sides of the road. To track your bus and view possible routes, use this link - Gib Bus Tracker . Please note, exact change needs to be used on the bus, be this £ or euros.

Using the pool, spa and fitness suite at E1

E1 Suites & Spa guests have a complimentary 'Day Spa Experience', pass to the spa, pool and fitness suite at E1 Spa on the lower ground floor. The pass includes use of the facilities for a session of up to 2 hours each day.

To use the facilities, visit spa reception on the lower ground floor and show your ID. At busy times you may need to book your time in advance. A complimentary towel hire and changing facilities are included.

SOTHYS of Paris treatments can be booked either online or at Spa reception.

Focussed around E1’s stunning 22m heated pool, the spa area is a tranquil year-round retreat where members and guests can relax and indulge, taking time out from everyday life. We ask that guests respect the peaceful environment.

T ailor-make your visit with your own personal choice of treatments from the E1 Spa treatment menu. E1's SOTHYS trained therapists are on hand to advise you on the best treatments for you!

Diverted or delayed flights

If your flight is diverted or delayed

Firstly, don't worry... sometimes this happens and we're used to working around it.

If your flight is delayed or diverted, email us and let us know your flight number.
We'll monitor the flight so that we know where you are enroute and when to expect you.
If you've been diverted to another airport, such as Malaga, the airline will organise a transfer to take you to Gibraltar Airport.
On arrival at E1, head to floor 15 to collect your key and access your suite.

Car Parking

Parking at E1

We have a limited number of secure parking bays for use by guests. These are charged at £25 per night and must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

As an alternative there are a number of public multi-storey car park options close by. These cannot be booked in advance. Rates vary but are around £20 a night.

Eastern Beach Car Park

Closest to E1 - on the opposite side of the roundabout, to your left as you come out of the runway tunnel.

Devil's Tower Road Car Park

At the far end of Devil's Tower Road on your right hand side. This is around 5-10 minutes walk to E1 along a flat road with pavement.

Ocean Village Car Park

Around 15-20 minutes walk from E1.
